Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, Developmental Disabilities, Residential Care, and Behavioral Health, with extensive experience supporting providers and systems in Oregon and beyond.

8+ years advising executive directors, CEOs, state agency directors, and leadership teams, helping them navigate complex challenges and build sustainable strategies.

8+ years working with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations and insurers, including contract negotiation, compliance, and service innovation.

Leadership at a Big 4 consulting firm, managing state and civic projects that required cross-sector collaboration, regulatory navigation, and performance improvement.

Contributor to state-level innovation, including implementation of infrastructure initiatives, executive task force support, and advisory roles on Governor-appointed committees.
