Experienced Leadership You Can Trust

With over 20 years of experience in the social service field, I bring a practical, systems-level perspective rooted in direct service, executive advising, and government consulting. My work spans key areas including:

  • Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, Developmental Disabilities, Residential Care, and Behavioral Health, with extensive experience supporting providers and systems in Oregon and beyond.

  • 8+ years advising executive directors, CEOs, state agency directors, and leadership teams, helping them navigate complex challenges and build sustainable strategies.

  • 8+ years working with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations and insurers, including contract negotiation, compliance, and service innovation.

  • Leadership at a Big 4 consulting firm, managing state and civic projects that required cross-sector collaboration, regulatory navigation, and performance improvement.

  • Contributor to state-level innovation, including implementation of infrastructure initiatives, executive task force support, and advisory roles on Governor-appointed committees.

  • Hands-on support for community-based organizations, helping them reduce administrative overhead, meet regulatory expectations, and scale programs effectively.

  • Deep understanding of federal regulatory frameworks, including CCWIS compliance and programs governed by ACF and HHS.

  • Experience refining AI Chatbots and Large Language Models (LLMs) to support compliance, training, and policy support.
